Shipping & Returns Policy For Artwork

We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork purchase. We take great care in delivering your artwork safely and efficiently. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help! If you have any questions please contact HazelsHeartfulArt@gmail.com

Eligibility for Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the artwork.
The artwork must be in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom and personalised artwork are non-refundable unless faulty.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at hazelsheartfulart@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork is faulty or damaged.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the artwork. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your artwork upon delivery and report any damages or faults to us within 48 hours.
We will offer a replacement or full refund for damaged or faulty items. This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the artwork is faulty or not as described. For any questions or concerns, please contact us at hazelsheartfulart@gmail.com

​Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Custom Artwork: Please note that custom or commissioned pieces may take longer to process. We will provide an estimated timeline when your order is confirmed.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for all orders within the UK & EU.

If you'd like to make an order from outside the EU please contact hazelsheartfulart@gmail.com and we will assist in providing the price and timeline for delivery. 
Additional Costs: Any additional charges, such as customs duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer (if applicable).

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes up to 7 business days after your order has been processed.
Expedited Shipping: If you need your artwork sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Please email hazelsheartfulart@gmail.com for more details. 

Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., postal service delays, customs, etc.). We will keep you informed of any delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

List Title

Lost or Damaged Items: If your artwork is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hazelsheartfulart@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or a refund.
